JAN-ERIK MOHRMANN
As a brand consultant Jan-Erik is interested in the development of a brand’s personality. In his thinking only brands with a profiling idea and a clear footprint will make it in a competitive environment.

His expertise ranges from the analysis of a brand via the development of Brand Strategies to the creation of unique Brand Experiences. Furthermore he has vast experience in Brand Management.

Jan-Erik has 16 years of experience in the branding business. He was employed at the world leading brand agencies Interbrand and FutureBrand and was in charge of the development of brands like Deutscher Sparkassen- und Giroverband (largest group of saving banks in Germany), HDI-Gerling (insurance), TUI (trourism) and Vattenfall (energy) amongst others. Additionally he was a Managing Partner for a Hamburg based lifestyle label.
KILIAN PALIS

is specialised in the design of corporate and consumer brands. He forms the primary interface for all strategically based design issues and finds solutions to complex tasks your brand has to fulfil.

After his apprenticeship as a blacksmith and metal worker Kilian studied interdisciplinary Design at the Köln International School of Design (KISD, Cologne) and Design Management at the Hogeschool InHolland (University of Applied Science, Rotterdam).

For 13 years he worked for Interbrand, one of the world leading brand agencies. As a Design Director in Hamburg he was in charge of managing brands like Vattenfall, Olympus, LSG Sky Chefs, JTI (e.g. Camel), Melitta, Sika and Sandvik. In Cologne he took part in the development of brands like TUI, ThyssenKrupp, Sparkasse, LANXESS, Fraport and Koelnmesse.
